Todd would like to get to know you personally, and then open his toolbox of Yoga Therapy to personalize your yoga practice, address health issues and put you on course for a lifetime of well-being. 


This toolbox includes:


  • Thai Yoga Bodywork Known as "Nuad Boran" and practiced in Thailand for centuries. A complete Thai Bodywork session incorporates acupressure, deep massage, energy meridian work, and yoga-like stretching.


  • Structural Yoga Therapy The analysis of posture and joint mobility to personalize yoga and exercise, correct imbalances, and alleviate pain or discomfort.


  • Ayurveda India's oldest and most established medical system, using tridosha theory (vata, pitta, kapha), pulse reading, tongue analysis, personality profiling, and physical characteristics to align our natural biological constitution (Prakruti) with our current symptoms of imbalance (Vikruti).


  • Deep Relaxation and Yoga Nidra Specific and personalized meditation practices while in shavasana for inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.


  • Restorative Yoga A personalised sequence using bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps to fully support your body and provide deep relief from tensions.
